Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a free return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info.wivioo@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
