Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We typically require 1 to 3 business days to process your order and forward it to the distribution center of our delivery partner. Some products may require additional processing time, especially during holidays (up to 5 business days) or if the order contains popular items with limited availability.

Once our shipping department begins processing your order, changes (including address changes) are no longer possible. We ship only to the address provided at checkout.

Orders are shipped on business days only — we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and delivered at different times due to varying locations of our production partners.


Delivery

Delivery typically takes approximately 5–8 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and do not include the 1–3 business days required for order processing.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Wivioo is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as customs procedures, postal delays, holidays, severe weather conditions, strikes, protests, or other events that may cause delays beyond the estimated timeframe.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Wivioo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered to the provided address but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and/or file a claim.

When handling claims for damage or returns, we rely on the delivery date and time indicated in the tracking information, as well as confirmation of delivery provided by the carrier.

Claims may not be approved if they are not submitted correctly.


Incorrect Address — Exception

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate before placing the order.

Order processing begins immediately after purchase, therefore changes are not possible once the order has been submitted.

If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we are unable to retrieve or modify it.
