The general terms and conditions of the Wivioo.si online store (hereinafter: “online store”) are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), and international e-commerce guidelines.

The owner, administrator, and operator of the online store is SkylineAds, Blaž Drofenik s.p. (hereinafter: “provider”).

These terms and conditions apply to all pages and subpages of the online store. By continuing to use this website, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these terms and agree to them in full.

If you do not agree with the terms, please do not make a purchase.

2. Product Offer

Products in the online store are presented with a brief description, image, and price.
Product images are symbolic and do not guarantee the exact characteristics of the product.

The provider reserves the right to change prices and update information.

The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with:

  • contact details (email)

  • essential characteristics of the goods

  • prices that are clear and unambiguous

  • delivery conditions and deadlines

  • payment methods

  • right of withdrawal & return conditions

4. Ordering

Ordering is available 24/7.
The customer selects a product, adds it to the cart, and completes the purchase.

After placing an order, the customer receives an electronic confirmation.
The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the provided information.

5. Prices

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (if applicable).

Delivery costs may be charged separately unless stated otherwise (promotions, free shipping thresholds, etc.).

The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

6. Payment Methods

Available payment methods:

7. Delivery & Delivery Times

Delivery time: usually 2–4 business days after dispatch.

If the product is currently out of stock, the customer will be notified by email.

Upon receipt, the customer must check the quantity and any damage to the packaging.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The customer may notify the provider in writing within 30 days of receiving the goods (to info@wivioo.com) that they wish to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason.

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

Returned goods must be:

  • undamaged

  • in original packaging

  • in unchanged quantity

The provider will refund the purchase amount within 15 days after receiving the returned goods.

The provider does not accept shipments sent with cash-on-delivery charges.

9. Complaints and Warranty

Warranty applies only if stated on the invoice or warranty certificate.

Warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • mechanical damage

  • improper use

  • intervention by an unauthorized person

  • product modifications

10. Liability

The provider strives to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, but product features or prices may change without immediate website updates.

In case of an error, the customer will be offered cancellation or replacement.

Customers may request deletion of their data at any time.
